Notice of Public Hearing: The Town of West Bend Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at the Town Hall, located at 6355 County Hwy Z, West Bend, WI, to consider the application submitted by Xcess LLC to amend the text of the zoning code to allow vehicle sales in the M-1 zoning district as a conditional use. The change would be made to the chart in Section 17.4.14. The proposed change, if adopted, would affect the allowable land uses; the zoning map will remain unchanged. The meeting starts at 6:30 pm and the public hearing will be conducted in the order indicated on the meeting agenda. Notice of Open Book and Board of Review


The assessor shall be available on the 14th day of April, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00P.M. Open Book will be via phone or email ONLY due to COVID-19 restrictions known at present. The Board of Review will meet on the 9th day of May, 2022 from Noon – 2 P.M. at the Town of West Bend Town Hall for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the forty-five day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to s. 70.47 (1), Wis. Stats.
