If you are receiving your Trash collection through the Town via Badgerland (LRS) Disposal, you can use kitty litter or oil dry to completely absorb the paint, dump into a bag once absorbed, tie off bag , and then place in your trash bin for regular pick up.
If you do not have Badgerland (LRS) Disposal, you can contact your Trash collector and ask their policy on disposal of paint, or visit the DNR link provided for more information.
If you are in the Big Cedar Lake PRD district or the Silver Lake Sanitary District and receiving recycling only via Badgerland (LRS) Disposal, you can place any household appliance (stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, etc) alongside your bin on collection day and they will either take it that day or they will make arrangements for a special collection.
If you are receiving both Trash and Recycling via Badgerland (LRS) Disposal, you can place any household appliance and/or furniture out with you bin on collection day and they will either take it that day or they will make arrangements for a special collection.
