Zoning Ordinance: Notice of Public Hearing The Town of West Bend Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the Town Hall, located at 6355 County Hwy Z, West Bend, WI, to consider a revision to the Town’s zoning regulations (Chapter 325) as proposed by the Plan Commission. The proposed materials are available at the Town Hall during regular office hours. The proposed revisions, if adopted, would affect allowable land uses throughout the Town. Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of West Bend, Washington County, Wisconsin enacted Ordinance No. 2021-01 to repeal and recreate part of Section 9 of the Municipal Code relating to Use of Firearms and other Dangerous Weapons and Ordinance No. 2021-02 to repeal and recreate Section 10 of the Municipal Code relating to public health and safety, public nuisances, and certain uses and activities.
