Zoning Ordinance: Notice of Public Hearing The Town of West Bend Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the Town Hall, located at 6355 County Hwy Z, West Bend, WI, to consider a revision to the Town’s zoning regulations (Chapter 325) as proposed by the Plan Commission. The proposed materials are available at the Town Hall during regular office hours. The proposed revisions, if adopted, would affect allowable land uses throughout the Town. The meeting starts at 6:30 pm and the public hearing will be conducted in the order indicated on the meeting agenda. While these ordinances exist, these ordinances have been superseded by Town Board Resolutions that authorized the Big Cedar Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District, Little Cedar Lake Protection and Rehabiliation District, and Silver Lake Protection and Rehabiliation District to adopt and enforce local regulations applicable to each lake.
