Zoning Ordinance: Notice of Public Hearing The Town of West Bend Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the Town Hall, located at 6355 County Hwy Z, West Bend, WI, to consider a revision to the Town’s zoning regulations (Chapter 325) as proposed by the Plan Commission. The proposed materials are available at the Town Hall during regular office hours. The proposed revisions, if adopted, would affect allowable land uses throughout the Town. The meeting starts at 6:30 pm and the public hearing will be conducted in the order indicated on the meeting agenda. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of West Bend will consider the adoption of a new Code of Ordinances titled “Code of the Town of West Bend” at 6:15 p.m. on June 11, 2024, at the Municipal Building located at 6355 County Road Z, West Bend, WI 53095.
You are further notified that a copy of said proposed new Code is on file and open for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and you may go to the town website www.townofwestbend.com and select Government and Town Code.
