Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of West Bend Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at the Town Hall, located at 6355 County Hwy Z, West Bend, WI, to consider the application submitted by Xcess LLC to amend the text of the zoning code to allow vehicle sales in the M-1 zoning district as a conditional use. The change would be made to the chart in Section 17.4.14. The proposed change, if adopted, would affect the allowable land uses; the zoning map will remain unchanged.

The meeting starts at 6:30 pm and the public hearing will be conducted in the order indicated on the meeting agenda.
