Private Roads Committee: The Town of West Bend is organizing a “Private Roads Committee” beginning in September. First meeting will be Spring 2025. The Committee objective will be focused on the development of a new ordinance designed to regulate the maintenance, improvements and safety of all private roads within the Town of West Bend. Individuals interested in volunteering for this committee are asked to be property owners along a private road within the town. Depending on the number of committee volunteers, we could end up limiting the number of participants from each road to ensure that all private roads can be represented. Notice of Wisconsin Towns Association Convention

Notice is hereby given that the Wisconsin Towns Association will hold its 74th Annual Convention in Wisconsin Dells on October 10-12, 2021. The Town Board may attend the above convention.

It is possible that such attendance may constitute a meeting of the Town Board or any of its committees pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993). This notice does not authorize attendance at either the above meeting or the Badke meeting, but is given solely to comply with the notice requirements of the open meeting law.

Affidavit of posting: This notice was posted on October 8, 2021 at the Town of West Bend posting board at the Town Hall, and on its official website, www.townofwestbend.com.
