Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

 

All materials for the Town of West Bend Plan Commission meetings must be submitted the second Thursday of the month by noon or it will not be on that month's agenda.  There will be no exceptions!  This material must be sent to the  Commissioners and the Town Engineer for ample review time. 

 

If you are applying for a Conditional Use, this requires more time due to publication deadlines.  All applications for Conditional Use must be submitted no later than the first Monday of the month by 10am.  Again, there will be no exceptions as there are very specific publication qualifications that need to be met. 

 

Also, when submitting materials for the Town of West Bend Plan Commission meetings, you must submit with 10 copies of the items.

**COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE**

The Town of West Bend will soon be undertaking a process to update its Comprehensive Plan. As per the requirements of 66.1001 Wis. Stats., the Town would like to formally notify you of the planning effort and encourage you to review and provide feedback on draft documents and maps as they become available. A Community Engagement Session to kick-off the process will be held on May 6, 2020 (6:30 pm) at the West Bend Town Hall located at 6355 CTH Z.

The purpose of the session will be to provide residents, landowners, business owners, and other stakeholders an opportunity to discuss current issues and provide direction regarding when, where, and how future development should occur. During the meeting we will summarize the plan update process, provide updated demographic data, and lead participants through a visioning exercise aimed at identifying the desired path forward for the community. Topics for discussion will include housing, transportation, economic development, and natural resources, among others.

Meeting schedules, draft plan chapters, and other information related to the plan update will be posted to the Town website located at www.townofwestbend.com/.
