In November of 2023, Grota Appraisals formally changed its name to Catalis Tax and CAMA, Inc. The same employees were retained at the local office located in Menomonee Falls. To view a property’s assessment in the Town of West Bend, you may input the property address at assessordata.org.

Town Wide Revaluation to be Conducted

The State of Wisconsin has mandated the Town of West Bend conduct a full property revaluation. This revaluation will bring the town into compliance with state mandated regulations. The assessor will review all current property records which will be used for calculation of new property values. The Town of West Bend was last revaluated in 2012. Revaluation will be performed by the assessors office through analysis of current market values in the Town of West Bend using a mass appraisal computer program. No interior or exterior inspection of properties will occur. New Assessment Notice and letter of explanation should be sent to taxpayers in August 2024.

2024 Open Book and Board of Review

The Assessor will be available on August 28 and 29, 2024 via phone or email from 9 am to noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm at West Bend Town Hall. Please feel free to reach out to the Assessor by phone or email prior to the Open Book with any questions. Instructional material will be provided to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats. The Board of Review is scheduled to meet on October 9th, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Town Hall for the purpose of reviewing and examining the assessment roll of real and personal property in the Town.
