Notice of Open Book and Board of Review

NOTICE THAT THE ASSESSMENT ROLL IS OPEN FOR EXAMINATION AND OPEN BOOK

Town Of West Bend, Washington County

Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the year 2023 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 12th day April, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. The Assessment Rolls will be available for examination at the Clerks office during regular hours or you may request a PDF copy after the Open Book until the date of the Board of Review.

Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 12th day of April, 2023 at the Town of West Bend Town Hall from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats.

NOTICE OF BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING

The Board of Review will meet on the 3rd day of May, 2023 from 11 A.M – 1 P.M. at the Town of West Bend Town Hall for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the forty-five day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 70.47 (1).
